Delivery policy

- Delivery available to any country .

- The official working hours for the delivery of orders are from Saturday to Thursday, with the exception of official holidays, delivery is to the door of the house or the workplace (inside Alexandria only), the delivery time starts from the next day to the day of the order and takes 2-3 days ( inside Alexandria ) and 3- 5 days for other countries  the product you have chosen.

- Can I come and receive my order instead of delivering it to?

- You can receive the order from the company’s headquarters (47 Mostafa Mohamed Tawfik Street, From Lagita Street - ground floor - Green Line Company)

- You can receive your Products on the next day of the order, from 12 Am - 10 pm, without any additional cost to the value of the order.

- Please be aware that once the product is prepared at the receiving center, you will have a maximum of 3 days to receive the order and after that the order will be canceled.

- What will happen if I cannot receive the order?

We will try to deliver the order again the next business day directly, and we will try to deliver the order 3 times before canceling it.

- Will I be contacted before delivery to the specified address?

Yes, the representative will contact you to make sure you are in the specified location.

- What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fees are the fees that are calculated on the requests to be delivered to the door of the house and their value is shown before completing the order process.

- How can I track the status of my order?

We will send you periodic updates of your order status via email or SMS messages so you can track the status as soon as the request is sent.

- Can I change the delivery address after I finish ordering the product?

You can change the receiving address after ordering the product, provided that it is in the same city before the order is shipped by contacting customer service, and if you want to change the receiving address to another city, you must cancel the order first and then make another request with the address you want.

- What do I do if I receive the order and find the package open and not closed?

You must refuse to receive the order if it is found that it is open as we do not accept the return of the products after opening them (except in the case of industry defects), if you received the order by mistake or received the order is not closed, please contact customer service immediately.

What do I do if I have a complaint against the representative who delivered my shipment?
